Re-roofing permits go through the City of Charleston, the Towns of Mount Pleasant, James Island and Sullivan's Island, the Cities of North Charleston, Folly Beach, Isle of Palms and Hanahan, or Charleston County for unincorporated addresses. Historic districts and many HOAs add their own review. We confirm the right office for your address and pull the permit.
